Uptime across 47 installations using Series 4000 valves in continuous HCl and caustic service.
Field data, Q1 2025Process Valve Engineering
Dynamic sealing cartridges and technopolymer spools eliminate fugitive emissions even after 10,000 cycles at 350 bar.
Advanced technopolymers withstand aggressive acids, solvents, and caustic solutions — no pitting, no galvanic corrosion.
Series 4000 valves accept 4-20 mA or PWM inputs directly, with integrated pressure compensation for stable flow regulation.
Stackable MB-700 blocks integrate check valves, test ports, and IoT-ready sensors — up to 12 stations per assembly.
DSC-200 dynamic seals swap in under 10 minutes without special tools, self-adjusting to shaft wear and thermal expansion.
How the process works — from your specs to a sealed solution
Common inquiries about our proportional solenoid valves, manifold blocks, and dynamic sealing systems for corrosive chemical processing.
The spool is machined from a proprietary technopolymer grade that resists attack by acids, caustics, and solvents up to 150 °C. The material is paired with a dynamic sealing cartridge that compensates for thermal expansion and wear, maintaining zero leakage across the full pressure range.
Each MB-700 assembly supports up to 12 stations. Blocks are stackable, so you can extend the network by adding more blocks. Integrated check valves and pressure test ports are included per station, and IoT-ready sensors can be fitted for remote flow monitoring.
The Series 4000 accepts standard 4–20 mA and PWM inputs. Response time is under 15 ms, and the integrated pressure compensation ensures stable flow regulation even when upstream pressure fluctuates.
Yes. The cartridge format allows field replacement without special tools and without draining the line. The multi-lip design self-adjusts to shaft wear and thermal expansion, so you get consistent sealing up to 350 bar without external lubrication.
We do. The MB-700 system is modular by design, but we also produce custom blocks with non-standard port locations, additional test ports, or integrated flow meters. Contact our engineering team with your piping and instrumentation diagram, and we will provide a compatible layout.
Standard configurations ship within 4–6 weeks. Custom variants with modified port sizes or special seal materials may take 8–10 weeks. We keep a stock of common sizes and seal kits for urgent replacements.
